Set up a player using Xtream Codes

1. Open your television's app store and search for a compatible IPTV player, such as an available Smarters-based app.
2. Check whether the app supports Xtream Codes and install it.
3. Open the player, add a new user and choose Xtream Codes API when your player supports this login method.
4. Enter your received server URL, username and password. You can name the profile Dreambox IPTV.
5. Save the profile, allow the channel list to load and then open an available channel.

App names and availability can differ by TV model and region. If your player asks for a device ID instead of login details, tell support which app you are using.

Route A · Compatible Smarters player

1. Search your app store for a suitable Smarters-based player and verify that it is available for your device.
2. Install the app and choose the option to add a new user.
3. Choose Xtream Codes if both your player and account support it.
4. Enter the Dreambox IPTV account information you received, save the profile and wait for the content to load.

Route B · TiviMate

1. Install TiviMate on your Android TV device.
2. Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist, followed by the correct login method such as Xtream Codes.
3. Enter the supplied server URL, username and password.
4. Let the playlist process, give it a name and complete the setup.

TiviMate is designed for Android TV. Any app purchase or premium feature offered by TiviMate is separate from your Dreambox IPTV subscription.

Install your IPTV player

1. First check whether your preferred player is available directly in the Amazon Appstore.
2. If installation through Downloader is required and supported by your Fire TV model, install Downloader from the Appstore.
3. In Downloader, use only a download address provided by the official developer of the player.
4. If Fire TV requests permission, grant installation permission only where required for that installation.
5. Install the player and disable any additional installation permission afterward if you no longer need it.

Add your Dreambox IPTV account

1. Open the installed player and select a supported login method such as Xtream Codes API.
2. Enter your supplied server URL, username and password.
3. Save the profile and wait for the playlist to load.

Fire TV models do not all support exactly the same apps or installation methods. Share your model with support if you are unsure which route applies.

Connect your portal

1. Connect your MAG Box to your television and internet.
2. From the built-in portal, open Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals .
3. Enter a portal name such as Dreambox IPTV.
4. Enter the supplied portal address under Portal 1 URL.
5. Save your settings and restart the portal to load the connection.

Your account must support portal access for this method. If activation requires it, support may ask for the MAC address of your box.

Configure a compatible iOS player

1. Open the App Store and search for an IPTV player supporting your account type, such as Smarters Player Lite when available.
2. Verify the publisher, install the app and open it.
3. Choose the option to add a user or playlist.
4. Select Xtream Codes when supported and enter the login information you received.
5. Save the profile, wait for the content to load and select what you want to watch.

Button names can vary between app versions. Any purchase offered by the player itself is separate from your Dreambox IPTV subscription.

Route A · Compatible desktop player

1. Download the Windows version of your chosen IPTV player from its official developer.
2. Install and open the player, then choose the option to add an account.
3. Select Xtream Codes if supported.
4. Enter your Dreambox IPTV account details and load the channel list.

Route B · Kodi with IPTV Simple Client

1. Install Kodi using the official Kodi website.
2. Open Settings → Add-ons → Install from repository → PVR clients .
3. Install PVR IPTV Simple Client and open its configuration.
4. Add your received M3U URL to the playlist configuration and save it.
5. Enable the client and allow Kodi to load the channel list.

Open an M3U network playlist

1. Install VLC Media Player from the official VideoLAN website.
2. Open Media → Open Network Stream, or use Ctrl + N.
3. Paste your complete received M3U URL into the network address field.
4. Select Play and wait for the playlist to load.
5. Open View → Playlist to browse the available items.

This method requires an M3U link. A portal address alone is not an M3U playlist. Menu names may vary depending on your language and operating system.
